delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a
full refund, minus shipping.
want to swap for a different style? we're happy to exchange, but
heads up: since everything is handmade in tiny batches, we can't
guarantee the piece you want is still available.
something arrive broken?
email us within 48 hours with photos. we'll send a replacement or
refund immediately. mistakes happen—we'll fix it.

every single piece is made 100% by hand in our brooklyn, ny studio. we create each earring in small batches of 3-5, which means no two are exactly alike. it's just us, some resin, a lot of color, and zero mass production.
